  • Findle and partner professionals in our network

  • Mortgage brokers and lenders
  • Other real estate service providers

Contact may be made via phone (including calls and text messages), email, or other communication methods, even if your number is on a Do Not Call list.

6.2 Independent Professionals

Our partner professionals are independent third parties. Findle does not:

  • Employ, endorse, or guarantee the services of any partner
  • Control or direct the actions of partner professionals
  • Assume responsibility for their actions, advice, or services
  • Guarantee any specific outcomes or results from partner services

6.3 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for evaluating and selecting professionals, verifying their credentials, and making your own decisions regarding their services. We encourage you to conduct your own due diligence.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services
  • Use automated systems to access the Services without permission
  • Collect or harvest information about other users
  • Use the Services for any commercial purpose without authorization

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and algorithms, are owned by Findle or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any content from the Services without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
  • WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
  • WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICES (IF ANY)
  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS, SERVICES, OR ADVICE OF PARTNER PROFESSIONALS

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Findle and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Any content or information you provide
  • Your interactions with partner professionals

11. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

11.1 Informal Resolution

If you have any dispute with us, you agree to first contact us at support@findlehub.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days before initiating any formal proceedings.

11.2 Binding Arbitration

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, any controversy or claim shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and held in the state of Delaware.

11.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Providing false information
  • Abusive behavior toward staff or partners

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including indemnification, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution provisions.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by sending you an email notification. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Findle regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
